We recommend you sending money via one of our safe delivery methods so that your money recipients don't leave their home to collect their money, such as the "Card Deposit" delivery method where the money is sent directly to the recipient's bank card - any Visa or MasterCard issued by any bank worldwide.
Our service will not be affected: You can continue to send money as you always do and continue to receive the same level of service from SendMoney24. Furthermore, you should expect to have the usual level of engagement from our Customer Support team. All of our system support functions and platforms remain completely online, including the dashboard, payment processing and support email addresses.
Our office will be working remotely: As a precautionary measure our teams are working from home to ensure the safety of our employees, their families and our customers.
