1. Introduction

Send Money 24 LTD is a company incorporated in England and Wales (company number 07685129) whose registered head office is Compass House, Vision Park, Chivers Way, Histon, Cambridge, CB24 9AD. SendMoney24 is registered by the Financial Conduct Authority under the Payment Services Regulations 2009 (Ref. No. 585075) for the provision of payment services.

In this Privacy Policy Data Protection Legislation "means the EU General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679, together with all other applicable legislation relating to privacy or data protection, and where we use the terms "personal data", "data subject", "controller", “processor” and "process" (and its derivatives), such terms shall have the meanings given to them in the Data Protection Legislation.

This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”), which includes our Cookie Policy, sets out the basis on which SendMoney24 (“we”, “us”, “our”) as data controller will collect and process any personal data in the course of operating the Service.

2. The information we collect

The personal data we hold about you is given directly by you, and it may also include information obtained from those third parties authorised by you to share such information with us, including:

(a) Information that you provide by filling in forms on the Service, posting User Content or requesting further services or reporting a problem;

(g) copies of passports or other identification evidence that you provide for anti-money laundering and anti-fraud purposes;

(h) Records of telephone calls and any correspondence between you and us;

(j) Details of your visits to the Service and the resources that you access (see also our Cookie Policy);

(k) Internet protocol address, timezone/region, browser type/language, operating system, internet service provider, system details/settings;

(l) Information about activities you undertake, such as the pages you visit, searches you make or marketing or links you click;

(m) Transaction Data: value of transactions;

We aim to keep your personal data up-to-date, so please advise us of any changes. You must notify us within thirty days of any change in your name, residential address, contact details, identification evidence given to us and any other details that we reasonably consider to be material to our dealings with you in relation to the Service. We rely on you providing accurate information to enable us to exercise our rights and comply with our obligations under this Privacy Policy and cannot be held responsible for you providing incorrect information.

Automated processing

When we use your information, we may use automated processes. In particular, in order to comply with our obligations under anti-money laundering legislation, we are required to verify the identity of all clients and other information (including but not limited to details of any nationality, citizenship or rights of residence you hold) to satisfy our regulatory obligations. We may do this using an electronic verification system that we consider suitable or by asking you for documentary evidence. 4. Sharing of Personal Data

We will keep your personal data confidential and only disclose it to others for the purposes described below. We will ensure that if we share such information with third parties, any such disclosure is at all times in compliance with Data Protection Legislation. We may share your personal data:

(a) In the event that we sell or buy any business or assets, in which case it may disclose your Personal Data to the prospective seller or buyer of such business or assets;

(b) If substantially all of our assets are acquired by a third party, in which case Personal Data held by us about our customers will be one of the transferred assets;

(g) To investigate, prevent or detect fraud or carry out checks against money laundering;

We may disclose your information to payers, payees and intermediaries in the course of providing our services or as required by Regulation EC 1781/2006 on information on the payer accompanying transfers of funds; persons with whom we share information for anti-money-laundering, security verification or validation purposes; regulatory and prosecuting authorities; service providers acting on our behalf.

Our in data storage facilities are located within the European Union. However we do store and process personal data outside the European Union and so information about you in our possession may be transferred to other countries (which may include countries outside the European Economic Area) for any of the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including our transmission of such information to our agents outside the European Economic Area. If any such information belongs to any Relevant Third Parties, by providing us with such information you confirm that you have obtained any necessary permissions from such persons to the reasonable use of their information for such purposes in accordance with the following provisions, or are otherwise permitted to give us this information on their behalf.

6. Your rights

You and Relevant Third Parties have a number of rights concerning the way that we use your information. You are responsible for ensuring that Relevant Third Parties are aware of these rights. At any time, you and they shall have the right:

(a) to be informed about the processing of their personal data (i.e. for what purposes, what types, to what recipients it is disclosed, storage periods, any third party sources from which it was obtained, confirmation of whether we undertake automated decision-making, including profiling, and the logic, significance and envisaged consequences);

(b) to request access to, or a copy of, any personal data we hold about them;

(c) to request the rectification of their personal data, if they consider that it is inaccurate.;

(d) to request the erasure of their personal data, if they consider that we do not have the right to hold it;

7. Access to Your Information

You and Relevant Third Parties may have a right of access to some, or all, of the information we hold about you or them, or to have any inaccurate information corrected, under the Data Protection Legislation. Any request for access to or a copy of your personal data must be in writing and we will endeavour to respond within a reasonable period and in any event within one month in compliance with Data Protection Legislation. We will comply with our legal obligations as regards any individual’s rights as a data subject.

We aim to ensure that the information we hold about you and Relevant Third Parties is accurate at all times. 8. Retaining Your Information

If you or we decide not to go ahead with providing the Service, we may still keep your information.

We will normally destroy or erase data after six years from the end of our agreement with you or as required by any applicable regulations.
