These Terms and Conditions govern the money transfer services provided to you by SendMoney24.com - owned and operated by Send Money 24 LTD. (registration number: 07685129) of Compass House, Vision Park, Chivers Way, Histon, Cambridge, CB24 9AD, England. (referred to as "we/our/us").

We are registered with the Financial Conduct Authority under the Payment Services Regulations 2009 (registration number: 585075) for the provision of payment services.


You must provide us with information which clearly identifies:

- the individual to whom you are sending the money (the "payee"); and/or

- details of the payee's payment account (if they have one).


We will transfer your payment so that the money reaches the firm where your payee will collect it no later than the end of the third business day after we received your instruction. Where you want money transferred on a specific day, you agree that the time we receive your instruction is that specific day.

If we did not receive your payment instruction before 17.00 GMT on a business day for us (or if we received it on a day which is not a business day for us), we will treat it as if we received it on the next business day.

You cannot amend or cancel your instruction to us unless you give us written notice no later than the business day before the day on which we will transfer your money.

"Business day" means a day on which we are open for business (other than a Saturday or Sunday or a public holiday).


When you are sending money, you agree to pay us, at the time we accept your instruction to send your money transfer, the fees and charges (if any) are clearly displayed on the Money Transfer Calculator.


We will write on your payment instruction form or receipt the exchange rate (if any) applied to your money transfer when you are sending or receiving money. We usually convert your money from sterling (£) at the time of transfer so your payee receives the relevant amount in the currency of the country where the payee is located.


6.1 If you have any problems using the Service you should contact us through the channels listed here.

6.2 You have the statutory right to cancel your money transfer order before payment has been made to the Recipient. You may exercise this right by emailing us at support@sendmoney24.com This right of cancellation continues until 14 days after you have submitted the transaction, or until we have completed your money transfer order by paying the Payout Amount to the Recipient, whichever is the earlier.

6.3 Any refunds will be credited back to the same Payment Method used to fund the Transaction and in the same currency. No adjustment will be made for any currency fluctuations which may have occurred in the meanwhile.

6.4 We reserve the right not to refund amounts smaller than £15 or the equivalent of the currency with which you pay us.

6.5 We may charge a refund fee of up to 100% of the fee you have paid for your money transfer, if the refund has been requested by you with no fault of our own or you have refused to comply with our Know Your Customer requirements.

6.6 Refunds can take up to 7 business days to be processed, this also depends on the customer's bank processes, which are beyond our control.


We are not obliged to perform our obligations if abnormal and unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control prevent us from doing so.

You may be entitled to redress for an incorrectly executed money transfer only if you notify us without undue delay on becoming aware of it, and in any event no later than 13 months after the date of the transfer.

No compensation is available from the Financial Services Compensation Scheme if we are unable to meet our obligations. Our relationship with you is not that of a bank or trustee.

Neither these Terms and Conditions nor any transaction carried out under them shall confer contractual or other rights on, or be enforceable against us by, any party other than you.

We are not liable for any losses not directly associated with any incident that may cause you to make a claim against us, nor are we liable for loss of profits, loss of business, loss of goodwill or any form of special damages.

We are not liable for the legality, quality, safety or delivery of the product or service that you have paid for using SendMoney24.com money transfer service.

We do not bear any liability for you providing any incorrect details about your money Recipient, including but not limited to errors and typos. If a Money Transfer transaction has been picked up and/or received by another person other than the Recipient, because of your failure to provide correct details, we will only be obliged to provide reasonable assistance to try to retrieve the funds back.

You agree that you are not sending or receiving a payment transfer for or in connection with any criminal or illegal purpose.

You agree to help us in the discharge of our anti-money laundering, security validation and verification responsibilities by providing such information as we may request.

We may use information about you to discharge our anti-money laundering, security validation and verification responsibilities, to provide our services and to manage our relationship with you. Full details of how we manage your data, in accordance with current EU regulations, namely the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR), are contained within our Privacy Policy.


These Terms and Conditions and all matters arising from or connected with them are governed by English law. The courts of England have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising from or connected with these Terms and Conditions (including a dispute regarding their existence, validity or termination or relating to any non-contractual or other obligation arising out of or in connection with them) or the consequences of their nullity.


Please contact us if you have any problems with our service: we will seek to resolve your complaint as quickly as possible. If you are not happy with our response, or if we have not finished investigating your complaint after 15 days, you may be able to refer your complaint to The Financial Ombudsman Service atExchange Tower, London, E14 9SR, or by telephone at 0800 023 4 567.
